STEP 1
You need to post your complaint on our website, which can be a complaint against any consumer product or services bought. Our consultant team takes the complaint directly to the escalation team of the seller-company. The escalation team, generally, resolve your grievance. Further, we follow-up with them regarding the progress of complains and keep you updated SMS, Phone Call or Email. We follow up with them and keep you updated via email, SMS and Phone.

STEP 2
Following the communication with the company's escalation teams, our consultant sends a properly drafted letter to the company. The letter explains the details of your complaint and the inconvenience faced by you. This assures the next level attention to your complaint. It is also seen that customer grievance team of telecom, consumer durable and service companies monitor the complaints on our platform and get in touch with the customer for resolution.

STEP 3
Though not a very frequent practice, as most complaints get resolved in Stage 2 itself, the last resort is approaching the Local/State/National Consumer forum when the complaint goes unattended. We assist you in approaching the applicable consumer forum, wherein our experts draft the consumer complaint and an affidavit as per the prescribed format. All you need to do is sign the documents and submit them to consumer court.

INDIAN GOVERNMENT, CONSUMER COURT & LAW
Indian constitution has laid specific guidelines for consumer's benefit. It has backed the legal system with specific routes for asserting the rights of consumers. The Consumer Protection Act of 1986 defines the consumer law in India. This protects consumers from all types of exploitation and malafide intention. The system protects consumers by the means for hearing & considering the complaints and finally settling disputes between consumer & seller. This Act also controls rights, responsibilities & duties of goods and service sellers/providers.

The Consumer Protection Law in India protects Indian consumers against of all types of services and goods marketing that are injurious to life or property. The law also provides consumers the right to information about any product or service. It also regulates the price at which goods & services can be sold to buyers/consumers. The Indian Consumer Protection Laws facilitates recompense of a product which is defective via jurisdictional Consumer Forum.

The Consumer Forum & Consumer Courts have permits by the Law to form quasi-judicial bodies at district, state and central government levels, to redress consumer grievances in less time at less cost. Presently, in India we have 604 District Forums, 34 State Commissions and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. We are the only country with special consumer courts for hearing consumer grievances. These establishments promptly take care of grievances pertaining to violation of consumer rights. For example, the forum will require the manufacturer/ seller to replace a faulty product and / or refund the money to consumer or pay the due compensation for loss or injury caused by the defective product or service.
